Herma Gjinko
Research Assistant
Herma Gjinko currently serves as a research assistant to Jefferson’s government division. In this capacity, she performs research activities for the Jefferson staff, serves on project teams providing acquisition and program assistance to federal agencies, and assists with proposal writing and opportunity identification.
Prior to joining Jefferson Consulting Group, Ms. Gjinko was a Fulbright Scholar in Berlin, Germany. She has previously worked as a research assistant for Princeton University and has interned for the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Scholars. She graduated with honors from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in European Integration.

Vicki Webb
Executive Assistant
Vicki Webb supports the President and Chief Executive Officer. She oversees the administrative functions and day-to-day operations of Jefferson Consulting Group’s Executive Office. In support of business development, Ms. Webb provides proposal writing and development assistance to both Jefferson Solutions and Jefferson Business Consulting.
Prior to joining Jefferson, Ms. Webb was a Senior Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton as part of their Strategic Business Services, Critical Strategic Initiatives, and Business Analytics teams. In this capacity, she provided business operations, proposal development, resource management, and executive support to the firm’s senior leadership.
