Grace DeMaio

Executive Assistant

Grace DeMaio is Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of Jefferson Consulting Group. Ms. DeMaio joined The Jefferson Group (the predecessor company) in 1994 as Executive Assistant to Julie Susman. Prior to joining The Jefferson Group, Ms. DeMaio was employed for 20 years by the US House of Representatives, Committee on the District of Columbia, as Executive Assistant to the Staff Director.

Kelsey Richardson

Research Assistant

Kelsey Richardson currently serves as a research assistant for Jefferson Solutions. In this capacity, she performs research activities, provides acquisition and program assistance to federal agencies, and assists with proposal writing and opportunity identification. Ms. Richardson also oversees the administrative functions for both the President of Jefferson Solutions and the government division.

Prior to joining Solutions, Ms. Richardson was a staff assistant for Congressman McNerney (D-CA) where she acted as office manager, supervised the intern program, and regularly drafted correspondence on behalf of the Congressman. Ms. Richardson received a bachelor's degree with honors in government and a minor in sociology from Hamilton College.
