Carrie VanDenbergh is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources and Office Management related tasks. She is responsible for handling personnel issues, administering benefits, recruitment, orientation, and payroll. Ms. VanDenbergh also coordinates with office vendors and property management, plans office events, and works closely with the other members of the support staff and Jefferson's COO.
Chris Gilbert is responsible for managing all technologies and providing administrative direction, and technology support for daily operations in regards to planning, maintaining and coordinating of IT-related activities for the company.
As Accounting Manager at Jefferson Consulting Group, Mrs. Jones oversees accounts receivable, accounts payable and banking activities. She also is responsible for generating financial reports and contract administration.
