Trey Kennedy - ManagerAs a Manager of Jefferson Business Consulting, Trey Kennedy assists in managing clients and provides extensive research support, including monitoring and tracking various pieces of legislation, solicitations and contracts; researching acquisition policies; attending congressional hearings; drafting presentation materials and writing detailed summaries and memorandums. In addition, he advises clients on the political dynamics of Congress and the Executive Branch to support legislative outreach campaigns.

Prior to joining Jefferson, Mr. Kennedy interned for Representative Pete Stark where he conducted a variety of research to support legislative staff on multiple issues. He also interned at the A.K. Smiley Public Library in Redlands, CA, supporting the Director with research on the history of the city and University of Redlands.

Mr. Kennedy earned his Master’s of Science with Distinction in History of International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Redlands, where he majored in government and was named to the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society.
