JCG’s Solutions Division provides state-of-the-art policy analysis and management support to help federal, state and other public entities succeed in this new environment. The Solutions Practice is headed by Dr. Allan V. Burman, the former Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy under Presidents Reagan, Bush and Clinton. The Solutions team is comprised of seasoned government and industry executives, offering consulting and training to government and private sector personnel in a variety of management disciplines, with a special emphasis on change management, management reform and performance-based contracting. Solutions has worked with over 22 government agencies including the Departments of Commerce, Defense, Education, Energy, Housing and Urban Development, State, Treasury and others.
